What's the typical deal size? +
Most private AI builds run $35K–$150K+, depending on scope. Initial assessment is typically $8K–$15K. We have clients in the $200K+ range for multi-year engagements.
What's the sales cycle? +
Discovery to signed SOW typically 4–8 weeks. Most MSPs involve us in 1–3 qualified opportunities per quarter. We don't do high-pressure outreach to your clients — you're in control of the timing.
Who owns the client relationship? +
Always the MSP. Under Refer and Co-Deliver models, you introduce us and stay the account manager. Under White-Label, your MSP is the vendor of record entirely. We never go direct.
What happens at contract renewal? +
The MSP manages renewals. We support you on technical scopes. Under the White-Label model, your MSP holds the client relationship through the entire lifecycle — we deliver, you bill.
What's the technical lift on our end? +
Minimal. We handle all AI architecture, model training, deployment, and support. You don't need an AI practice. You need clients who need private AI, and a willingness to have that conversation with them.
